Outlet Supervisor (Dlaksa Melaka)

Job Description:
- To ensure day to day operations and food preparation are carried smoothly in according to company SOP,
- Responsible in providing a good quality services to the customers,
- Ensure kitchen and sitting area is conducive, safe and comfortable,
- Collaborate with the management and AEON management,
- Train new staff,
- Maintain hygiene,
- Manage and monitor staff productivity,
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned,
- Work according to shift.
Job Requirement:
- Proven F&B management experience minimum 2 years
- Undergo training at KL outlet
- Work well with others
- Able to work under pressure
- Discipline
