Outlet Supervisor - Tealive Sepang *Must Have Own Transport*

Part 1 –Primary roles of the job which are measurable and may be used as part of KPIs
1. Assist in managing outlet operations that include sales, outlet security & maintenance
2. Monitor all cash sales is banked into the company bank account on a daily basis
3. Motivate & train staff on company’s policy, SOP, customer service & selling skills
4.Arranging staff’s work schedule
5.Ordering & Receiving stock
6. Ensure the shop area is organized and held to the highest standards of cleanliness
3. Able to explain all Tealive products clearly to customers, and to promote/upsell Tealive products at
all times.
Part 2 – Secondary roles which supports the primary roles above
1. Punctuality
2. Honest and responsible in every job position assigned to.
3. Comply to food grade and food safety standards
4. Flexibility to work in back and front of house.
5. Follow SOPs, instruction from superior, and rules and regulations set by the company.
6. Participate in staff meetings or training where applicable.
7. Maintain a positive mindset and teamwork spirit to achieve outlet goals.
8. Always take the extra mile to engage with customers
9. Fulfill any duties from their seniors or superiors assigns in a professional manner.
