Job Description Administration of Master Data ( Vendor Management Internal & ExternalReview and Process AP Payments ( Vendor InvoicesReview and Process Travel and Expenses Claims ( Employee Claims FormReview and Process Employee Advance Payment ( Advance Requisition FormReview and Process Intercompany Payments & Settlement ( Intercompany Invoicing / BillingReview and Process Monthly Fixed Payments ( Utilities and Other Office ExpendituresResponsible to ensure AP / T&E claims are paid within the scope of the company policy / Service legal agreement.To ensure all the payments are paid within the stipulated time agreed in the service legal agreement.To ensure accurate posting of AP / T&E/ EA /IC & FTo perform reconciliation on AP / T&E/ EA /IC & FPTo ensure all the documents are properly filed or archivedTo prepare Monthly Statistical Report on AP / T&E/ EA /IC & FPResponsible to improve payment process accordance to the policies & reduce urgent payment requisition from internal customersResponsible for queries from Internal and External VendorAssist the team for Internal & External AuditAssist the team for Monthly, Quarterly and Year End Closing The Successful Applicant At least 3years of related working experience of which 1 year must be related to P2P function for KoreaBasic proficiency in Korean language - able to read invoices in Korean language and converse with Korean teamDegree in Finance or related field What's on Offer Be part of a globally recognized organisationEnhance your skills in P2PEnhance your Korean language skills
