Packaging Engineer - Open Industry

We are urgently looking for aPackaging Engineerfor one of the top FMCG Manufacturing company in Malaysia. This position needs super urgent attention.

Reporting to: R&D Head
Team Size: 20

the role

To conduct and execute new packaging development: new standard packaging adoption,promotion campaign, banding promotion, new design
Analyze packaging to provide sufficient testing and qualify for new packaging which can support and protection for the consumer goods throughout the entire logistic system
Understand production processes and logistic system
Recommend improvements to packaging specification
Review and revise new or old specifications in accordance with feedback
Strong planning and execution skills to develop robust development plan and cost estimates for initiatives

the requirement
Bachelor Degree in Packaging, Bachelor Degree in Engineering Structural/Mechanical engineering or Bachelor Degree in Material Science
Good command of English (both written and spoken)
Knowledge in Laboratory Safety
Knowledge in Solidworks, Autocard, Autodesk or any engineering drawing software would be advantage
