Packer / Production Kitchen Helper - Komugi [Central Kitchen]

KOMUGI brand is an operator in Japanese concept bakery and cafe business.
We are currently seeking a production kitchen helper / packer to add to our growing team in central kitchen at Kota Damansara, where you required to perform the packing of semi and/or finished product in accordance to standard packaging procedures, while maintaining quality standards and efficient production.
Our required candidate is exceptionally detail-oriented, patience, and able to track and complete multiple facets of product packaging. By utilizing your strong communication skills and attention to detail, you will help us in preparation of Japanese’s favourite bakery and confectionaries.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Adhere to company and kitchen SOP and policies
To perform quality check on the products during the packing process
To ensure the packing work being performed and complete on timely manner
To assist production chef in production process
To maintain high standard of work place cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness
To maintain high standard of personal hygiene
To assist in any task that assign by superior
REQUIREMENTS :
Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School / High School / SPM qualification
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Passion for food and in particular cakes and pastries manual and practical skills.
Ability to stay on their feet for extended periods
Ability to undertake detailed and intricate work
Cleanliness and a focus on health and safety
