Packing Manager

Responsibilities: - To monitor the daily packing standard to maximize quality and productivity. - To be responsible for the smooth running of daily operations. - To carry out daily manpower, packing material, shipment planning to meet the packing target and delivery date. - Ensure that quality level for incoming, in-process and outgoing meets company’s goals and objectives. - Ensure the quality and quantity of gloves produced in the factory always meets customers’ requirements. - To monitor and ensure that the Packing Executive/ Supervisor/ Leader had carried out the on line/ off line spot-check for all packers accordingly. - To monitor and ensure that the stock of Packing Finished Goods was tally with Daily Packing Output. - To prepare and update the Daily Packing Record, Packing Material Stock Record, Stamping Record and Packing Approval record and reports. - To monitor and supervise that the packing target need to be achieve for every worker. - Provide training to Executive/ supervisor/ line leaders and packing worker. - Coordinate with the superiors to have sufficient workforce to ensure the smooth running of packing.- Practice good housekeeping concept and ensure cleanliness in the packing area. Safety and Health measures in the department must be enforced at all times. Job Requirements:! Possess at least a Degree in Engineering or any equivalent.! At least 5-6 years of working experiences in the related field is required.!
