Effectively plan, setup, implement and optimise Facebook ads campaigns to maximise shop and website traffic- Strategise and optimise Instagram campaigns and Facebook Ad campaigns in order to meet the business goals- Plan and monitor digital ad spending- Campaign reporting and analysis- Proactively report and update about the project progress, findings and recommendations that can potentially drive the company growth- Develop and optimise keyword strategy for companies product- Monitor competitor activity across digital platforms- Perform continuous qualitative and quantitative analysis for data, trends and competitors to identify trends and insights, in order to optimize spend and performance- Keep up to date with the latest knowledge, skills and platforms available within the industryJob Requirements- Fluent writing and speaking in Malay and English (ad contents are all in English)- At least 1 year of proven experiences in Facebook & Instagram advertising- Solid functional understanding and experience in Instagram & Facebook Ads Manager / Business Manager- Able to work in a fast-paced environment- Takes initiatives to learn and explore new knowledge and skills to complete the tasks assigned.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Meticulous attention to detail**Benefits**:- Flexible schedule
