Pastry Chef / Demi Chef Alor Setar

**Job Responsibilities**:- Developing and preparing a wide variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods.- Creating and testing new recipes and menu items.- Decorating pastries and desserts to enhance their presentation.- Overseeing the pastry kitchen, including managing inventory and ordering supplies.- Ensuring high standard of food safety and sanitation.- Training and supervising pastry kitchen staff.- Collaborating with the culinary team to create cohesive menus.**Requirements**:- Proven experience as a pastry chef or baker.- In-depth knowledge of baking techniques and pastry ingredients.- Creativity and attention to detail in pastry and dessert presentation.- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.- Strong organizational and leadership skills.- knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay**Experience**:- Pastry: 3 years (preferred)Ability to Commute:- Alor Setar (required)
