Patient Relation Assistant

To help attend and resolve patients/relatives and visitors complaints and problem. to help tirgger, assists and usher VIPs patients/Visitors coming to the centre. To help and arrange patient/relatives and visitors with hotel accommodation, transportation, travel arrangement. To assists directing patient to their respective appointment area. help to disseminate accurate/timely information on the latest available health care services and many more. to follow up with patients/visitors on appointment and after medical treatment to ensure and maintain long term patient/visitors satisfaction and relationship. In order to promote good patient relation, the job holder may be required to do shift duty if necessary Qualification: Diploma in Public Relation, Hospitality or its equivalent with previous working experience in a healthcare industry with direct patient care is an advantage Good communication with multi-lingual skills especially with english, bahasa malaysia, mandarin and other dialects, Have a good interpersonal skills and computer knowledge.
