Job Description:
1)Daily processing and data entry of customer invoices, supplier invoices and employee expenses claim
2)Verify the validity of the invoices in compliance with SST requirement
3) prepare full set of management account
4) ensure proper and accurate AP and AR records and filling including payment and cash receipts
5)pro-actively, monitoring AP and AR credit control.Liase with customers and suppliers for resolving issues raised
6)Assist in monthly closing activities i.e preparing statement of account, reconciliation and etc.
7)Assist in tax,/ customs related documentation and submissions
8)liase with bankers,tax agent,auditors,and government bodies whenever is necessary.
9)Perform other ad-hoc assignment and projects as assigned from time to time.
10) Able to work extra time
Requirements:
1) candidate must posses at least Diploma in finance, Accountantcy,Banking or Equivalent
2)At least 2 years experience for junior/assistant position
3)Able to work with minimum supervision
4) Preferably candidate who able to join us ASAP
5) Familiar with MYOB system
