Job Description
- Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths and consultation with managers in accordance with the Bosch process and programs.
- Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs.
- Develop training manuals that target tangible results
- Implement effective and purposeful training methods.
- Effectively manage the training budget.
- Evaluate organisational performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance via CptM.
- Assess employees' skills, performance and productivity to identify areas of improvement.
- Drive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities.
- Effectively communicate with team members, trainers and management.
- Create a curriculum to facilitate strategic training based on the organizations goals.
- Select and manage resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training.
- Manage the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage and deliver training.
- Keep abreast of training trends, developments and best practices.
- Manage and drive the Manufacturing Operators Training team.
- Ensures compliance and observance of all relevant regulations of Bosch Central Directives, Code of Business Conduct, Company policies and procedures as well as ll country regulatory, compliance in fulfilment of legal and contractual obligations applicable for the Company.
- Handling of confidential employment data and personal files of assigned associates under area of responsibility, if applicable.
Qualifications
- Preferably Bachelor's Degree in HR related field. Post graduate Masters are an added advantage
- At least 8 years of working experience in HR related field, 5 years as HR Manager
- Experience in managing all aspect of HR functions, preferably in manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of managing sensitive confidential situations
- Confidence and ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Proactive, organized & a good team player
Additional Information
- Serves as primary interface between HR and the users on HR matters relating to Training and Development, through the provision of consultation, guidance and support on the assigned area of responsibility.
- Drive changes proactively, build trust and confidence with all associates and their managers of assigned department or business unit/function on embracing HR Training policies and processes.
- Responsible to develop, maintain and improve processes, coordinate communication plans and roll out, content expert and referent person of the topic, administration and deployment and adherence to central directives.
