Job Scope:
Performance Marketing: Strategise, launch and monitor performance marketing campaigns on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads, including campaign setup, analysis, and optimization to drive targeted results.
Channel Expansion: Lead new sales channel launches (e.g., Shopee, Amazon, or offline), from research to optimization.
Coordinate with teams, track progress, and analyze results.
Startup Environment: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, taking on diverse projects and contributing new ideas to drive company growth.
Job RequirementsAbout You:
Aself-driven individualwith can-do spirit.
Ability to manage projects and work independently, with strong organizational and time management skills.
An excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.
A strong interest in sustainable and natural skincare and beauty.
Prior experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or Google Ads will be prioritized.
