Performance Marketing Specialist (Facebook Ads)

This job is about running Facebook ad campaigns, creating content, and analyzing performance.

Drive social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning and content ideation.
ManageFacebook ads , including set up lead generation, messenger ads, engagement ads, etc.
Experience in managing SEM/ SEO campaigns is a plus.
Prepare monthly reports to track campaign performance.
Research and monitor the activity of competitors in the digital marketing landscape.
Utilize copyright skills in English(Mandarin is a plus)to develop engaging content across all social media platforms.
Collaborate closely with Content Creator & Creative Team for impactful visual design, photography and video shooting.
Job RequirementsMinimum of2 yearsof experience managing social media accounts/pages and running social media advertisements, focusing on Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok.
Possess a Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Media, Communications, or any related field.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to consistently meet deadlines, multitask and problem-solve with strong attention to detail.
Able to work underpressurein afast-pacedenvironment.
Fluent in written and spokenEnglish, Mandarin& Bahasa Melayu.
Preferred candidates who can start work immediately or with short notice.
