• Good written and spoken English, Malay & Arabic is an advantage.
• Being able to be presentable and professional at work.
• Have ability to manage foreigner director
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, driving licence,email
• Ability to memorize your boss’ schedule - You should always be aware of upcoming events and remind your boss of their schedule: you want to be sure nothing takes them by surprise.
• Excellent organizational skills - keep both of your schedules, spaces, and priorities under control. A clean, well-organized office space is thus of great importance.
• Experience: Personal Assistant: 2 to 3 years (Required)
• Act as the point of contact between the director and internal/external clients·
• Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence·
• Handle requests and queries appropriately· Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments·
• Make travel arrangements· Take dictation and minutes·
• Produce reports, presentations, and briefs·
• Devise and maintain office and personal filing system·
• Assist to manage Director personal matter / errands as and when needed·
• Others task as per instructed by Director
