Why does this job exist and why is it critical??

1 To support Chairman and work closely with Maxis Management Team (MMT) through regular correspondence, arrange meetings and prepare briefing materials.
2 To provide administrative support in the delivery of assignments and initiatives on behalf of the Chairman’s office on timely manner.
3 To coordinate division reports and documentation for the Board meetings and other internal and external meetings.
4To provide administrative support to the Chairman in the follow up and completion of departmental work plans, implementation of organisational projects and programs.
5To coordinate division reports and documentation for the Board and other internal & external meetings
6To coordinate, attend and take minutes for the Chairman’s meetings and any other relevant meetings.
7To conduct research/ analysis as directed by the Chairman
