Responsibilities:Assist superior to make the best use of their time by dealing with secretarial & confidential administrative tasks efficiently in corporate matters.
Act as the point of contact between the superior and suppliers/ clients/ consultants.
Screen and direct phone calls/ emails and distribute correspondence.
Manage diary and schedule/ prepare meetings and appointments.
Take dictation and minutes.
Produce reports, presentations and briefing.
Devise and maintain systematic office filing system both electronic & physical copy.
Perform relevant ad hoc tasks as given from time to time, includes administrative issue.
Job Requirement:Possess at least a Degree in any field
At least 5 years of working experience and experience working in a Property Development Company or Legal Firm would be an added advantage
Good in written and spoken of English & Mandarin and must be able to translate English to Mandarin/vice versa
Self-motivated, independent with good interpersonal and communication skills; Computer Literate.
