Requirements:- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced Business Studies/Administration / Marketing/Commerce or equivalent.
- With min 3-5 years of experience in PA / Secretary
- Pleasant personality, diligent and presentable in speaking.
- Good command in English, Bahasa, Mandarin or Cantonese ( MUST )
- Malaysian ONLY.
- Have good knowledge of MS Word & Excel.
- Female, Age 28 ? 45 years old Responsibilities:- Assist the Marketing MD to make the best use of their time by dealing with Secretarial and administrative tasks.
- Assist marketing department.
- Provide a full range of personal assistant duties to the Marketing MD.
- Prepare letters, reports and minutes.
- Any others task that assigned by the management.
- Safeguard, Keep and file all relevant P & C documents
- Any others task that assigned by the management.Benefits:- Basic RM 3,500 ? RM 4,500.00
