Position Overview: The Personal Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and courteous transportation services for the employer. This includes driving the employer to various locations, maintaining the vehicle, and ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
Key Responsibilities: Driving Duties: Safely drive the employer to and from destinations as directed.Plan routes and estimate travel times to ensure timely arrivals.Be familiar with local traffic patterns and alternate routes to avoid delays. Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspect the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs as needed.Keep the vehicle clean and presentable at all times. Scheduling and Coordination: Be available for early morning, late evening, weekend, and holiday trips as required.Ensure all travel arrangements and appointments are met punctually. Safety and Security: Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.Ensure the safety and security of the employer and any passengers at all times.Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding the employer's personal and business matters. Additional Duties: Run errands and complete tasks as requested by the employer.Perform any other duties as assigned by the employer. Requirements: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Proven experience as a personal driver or similar role.Excellent knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns.Strong time-management and organizational skills.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.Professional appearance and demeanor.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.High level of confidentiality and discretion.Experience driving luxury vehicles.
