Tugasan: 1) Punctuality goes to work and to attend to customers’ appointment on time. (Ketepatan masa bekerja dan memenuhi janji pelanggan tepat pada waktunya) 2) Keep smart and comfortable self-image because you represent the Company. (Jaga imej diri yang cerdas dan selesa kerana anda mewakili pihak Syarikat.) 3) Make sure the equipments and properties (provided by the Company) are in good condition, well maintained and sufficient in order to carry out your job daily. (Pastikan peralatan dan harta benda (disediakan oleh pihak Syarikat) dalam keadaan baik, dijaga dengan baik dan mencukupi untuk melaksanakan tugas anda setiap hari.) 4) Put on Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) (provided by the Company) during carrying out pest control service treatment. (Pakai Peralatan Perlindungan Diri (PPE) (disediakan oleh pihak Syarikat) semasa menjalankan rawatan perkhidmatan kawalan perosak.) 5) Report/Feedback to the Management regarding your jobs that have been carrying out daily. (Laporkan / Maklum Balas kepada pihak Pengurusan mengenai pekerjaan anda yang telah dilakukan setiap hari.) 6) No smoking in the vehicle and at the customers’ premise except there is ‘Smoking Area’. (Dilarang merokok di dalam kenderaan dan di premis pelanggan kecuali ada 'Kawasan Merokok'.) 7) Communication – The Human Connection is the key to personal and career success. (Komunikasi – Hubungan Manusia adalah kunci kejayaan sendiri dan kerjaya.) 8) Honesty is the foundation for trust. Honest is the best policy at all times. (Kejujuran adalah asas kepercayaan. Jujur adalah dasar terbaik sepanjang masa.) Tanggungjawab: 1) Provide excellent services to customers satisfactory. (Memberi perkhidmatan terbaik untuk kepuasan pelanggan.) 2) Assure the pest control treatment that will be carry out at customer premise is safe to be conduct. (Pastikan rawatan perkhidmatan kawalan perosak yang akan dilakukan di premis pelanggan selamat untuk dilakukan.) 3) Suggest and advice integrated pest management (IPM) to customers to maintain a better environment. (Cadangkan dan nasihatkan pengurusan perosak bersepadu (IPM) kepada pelanggan untuk menjaga persekitaran yang lebih baik.) 4) Bring out the all issues you are facing with the Management. (Selesaikan semua masalah yang anda hadapi dengan pihak Pengurusan.) 5) Make sure you are a safe environment to carry out your job, if it’s not you may report/feedback to the Management. (Pastikan anda adalah persekitaran yang selamat untuk menjalankan tugas anda, jika tidak, anda boleh melaporkan / memberi maklum balas kepada pihak Pengurusan.) 6) Once arrived at the customer premise, do not linger and start work immediately to prevent customers feeling discomfort or suspicion and the delayed of the next appointment. (Setelah tiba di premis pelanggan, jangan berlengah dan mulakan kerja dengan segera untuk mengelakkan pelanggan merasa tidak selesa atau curiga dan penundaan janji temu seterusnya.) 7) Always ask for customer permissions before carrying out work, especially inspection for termites infestation that may damage the wood structure/frame and before open the cabinets, drawers, rooms to make sure there is trusty and confidentiality protect. (Sentiasa meminta izin pelanggan sebelum menjalankan kerja, terutama pemeriksaan terhadap serangan anai-anai yang boleh merosakkan struktur / bingkai kayu dan sebelum membuka kabinet, laci, bilik untuk memastikan ada perlindungan dan kerahsiaan.) 8) Always preserve a learning attitude and gain more knowledge so that you can advance in every way every day. (Sentiasa memelihara sikap belajar dan menimba lebih banyak pengetahuan sehingga anda dapat maju dalam segala hal setiap hari.) 9) It is not only for what we do that we are held responsible, but also for what we do not do.
