- Planning & scheduling based on Production Requisition Note (PRN) and Sample Requisition Note (SMR) from Sales & Marketing to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay which can fulfill customer’s requirement. - Order & monitor materials (raw material, child parts and packing material) based on planning forecast. - Schedule shift according to production needs by weekly. - Check machine capacity & needed materials before plan daily schedule. - Issue Production Up/Down Mould Schedule to production & fitter for preparation and monitor jobs to ensure production & fitter will finish on time. 4.6 Tracking production output information (number of finish products, rejection rate and etc.) from Production Shift Report & check in-store quantity against quantity produced.
