Planner

Job Description Job Responsibilities: Plan and convert customer orders into JO and production schedules.
Review loading plan and rescheduling if necessary in weekly basis.
Monitor and follow up closely on planned production schedule and expedite to ensure customer shipments are met on time.
Follow up, expedite of material releases, production schedules and to communicate the changing needs from time to time as and when required.
Release of JO to raw material warehouse for picking the material to production.
Responsible for pulling product by release rework JO from finished goods store for rework purposes due to quality or engineering related issue.
Responsible and monitor for additional material required by production for rework purposes.
Co-ordinate with other related department on related issue to ensure smooth flow of production output.
Responsible for customer ship commit and on time ship plan.
Liaise with customer and provide status of demand gaps from time to time.
Work with the team for the run rate on their responsible projects to ensure capacity and resources availability thru the share equipments and workforce.
Addtional task as assigned by management from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in production planning with electronic environment.
With good attention to detail work and follow up skill.
