Job Description

- Manage, track & follow up all open orders to ensure on time delivery.
- Track & analyse demand fluctuations.
- Manage short lead time orders & fluctuations: Liaise with customers & planners to close gap.
- Window to communicate delivery schedule to customers.
- Pre-alert & close communicate to customer on delivery issues.
- Manage backlog & unfulfilled orders: Close follow up with planners to drive backlog reduction & timely update of recovery status to customers.
- Regular review on material & capacity situation with planners, identify potential restrictions.
- Regular meeting with rBU to review forecast fluctuations, SL1 , delivery status & backlog
- Sales and Operation Meeting (S&OP) with rBU to review mid/long term RPP vs customer forecast
- Coordinate return finished products from customer
- Dealing with enquiries from customer
- Liaise with Shipping department for urgent outbound deliveries.
- Control & minimize outbound air freight
- Review daily replenishment status in IDC/RDC, define & discuss measures to resolve bottleneck situation together with rBU/LOG
- Monitor & analyze FG inventory vs forecast in add*One
- Liaise with rBU on allocation plan when it comes to bottleneck situation
- Track & analyze daily service level, early warning report & LT0
- Set up material master for new SKUs in P13 & add*One
- Handle PO & outbound delivery for marketing samples, work with LPV

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Planning, Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or equivalent
- 5 years working experience in the related environment
- Self-driven, result oriented and possess strong analytical as well as communication skills
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, proactive and a team player with strong interpersonal, communications and leadership skills
