Position performance may be measured from a combination of Corporate and Divisional Balanced Score Card Goals which will include but not limited to Financial Performance, Customer Satisfaction, Operational Excellence and Employee Focus.- Individual position performance goals may be specific to the position, business segment or as it related to an individual's contribution or employment within the organization.- Oversees and guides the establishment of production schedules to ensure that actual production meets scheduled customer requirements. Establishes, measures, monitors and adjusts limits or levels of capacity resources in order to execute production schedules.- Manage the establishment and maintenance of production capacity plans based on material availability, customer expectations, production capabilities and human resource planning- Ensure the integrity of capacity models by tracking historical performance of production acutals to quoted capacities and recommend modifications as required- Perform capacity simulations as required; Communicate the results and finalized realistic plan acceptable to affected areas- Prepare and publish capacity reports for all critical work centers on a weekly basis- Work closely with Master Scheduling to ensure planning schedules do not exceed actual capacities- Manage the development of production lead time charts, kit release schedules and a balanced flow of work- Recommend material planning adjustments based on the analysis of lead times and marketplace trends, as required- Manage the most cost effective material lot sizes based on inventory turn objectives, processing requirements and production requirements- Interface with all concerned functions to maintain a continuous flow of information; Correct problems/discrepancies and implement changes/adjustments- All employees are responsible for the Quality of their work to ensure BEI meets, or exceeds Customer Satisfaction.- Position performance may be measured from a combination of Corporate and Divisional Balanced Score Card Goals which will include but not limited to Financial Performance, Customer Satisfaction, Operational Excellence and Employee Focus.- Individual position performance goals may be specific to the position, business segment or as it related to an individual's contribution or employment within the organization.**Requirement**:- 4 year degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience as approved by executive management- Demonstrate discretion, confidentiality, independent judgment and professionalism when representing the company- Demonstrate leadership and people management skills- Demonstrate teamwork and the ability to operate on diverse project teams with mínimal direction- Solid financial understanding, risk analysis ability, relationship-building, and project management- Lead or participate in a continuous improvement activity with complete documentation, including a follow up review with the team in a presentation format- See job analysis forms for specific physical stressors of the job- 7+ years of experience in commodity purchasing/planning; 3+ years in a leadership role- Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats- Effectively mentor employees at all levels- Understanding of and ability to use continuous improvement tools - Ability to drive solutions to complex planning issues with limited supervision- Ability to support a 24/7 global business operation as required - Effective analytical, planning, and organizational skills- Effective interpersonal skills with employees and customers- Effective negotiation and problem solving skills**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Bayan Lepas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
