Successful candidate will be responsible for performing job assignments on cleanroom primary packaging. Candidate shall possess experience in working in an ISO 8/ 100k cleanroom environment. Required for "On Job Training" and subsequent certification to all the procedures pertinent to their specific assigned job. Maintaining the cleanroom organization in respect to environmental, health and safety (EHS), quality of work, product flow, product identification, FIFO, inventory control and housekeeping. Responsible person should be able to manage all shipping related matters inclusive of all documents and timely response to customer needs including expedites of shipments. Responsibilities: 70% - Performs all primary packaging subsequent to cleaning processes for metal and plastic components respectively. - Comply and adhere with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements of ISO 8/100k cleanroom environment. - Good understanding of product identification and traceability. - Conduct line clearance and product packaging/labelling as per Work Instruction and Work Scheduler. - Notifies the Quality Department of nonconforming material. Brings nonconformances, product quality issues, or other potential problems to the attention of direct supervisor. - Able to perform transactions on SAP. - Able to generate shipping documents such as labels, CoC, Invoice and packing list from SAP. 30% Training and Continuous Improvement - Maintains safety practices of cleanroom; (wear protective clothes, gloves, as required). - Participates in process improvement/Kaizen teams to increase process efficiencies. - Maintaining 5S practices on the shop floor to facilitate manufacturing functions. - Perform in other areas as requested by Team Leader including but not limited to one or more of the following: finishing, material deployment, quality and other machining areas - Complete scrap records, training records, and other documentations as required. - Complete all job specific required training. Location: Penang, Malaysia Education: High school education or equivalent Experience: Prior cleanroom packaging experience or experience in working in a manufacturing environment preferred. Competences: Ability to read, write and speak in English. Ability to assimilate information quickly and possesses strong decision-making abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Physical Requirements: Lifting products/materials of varying weight and sizes. Frequent carrying, reaching, bending and standing activities involving the use of the hands, wrist and upper extremity components.
