Principal It Pillar (Material)

Job Overview: Business liaison for Project Execution & Delivery (Projects, Supply Chain, Construction, Marine) operations for Marjan Package 1. End to end project management who will be responsible for the administration, configuration, implementation, and integration of Hexagon Smart Plant materials and related applications

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

- Build partnership with functional key stakeholders
- Understand business needs and prepare IT programs, budget & business case.
- Become subject matter expert in supply chain/ project management domain.
- Take the lead in bringing new technologies to solve functional challenges.
- Manage IT Programs following PMO Tollgate process.
- Own end to end Program Execution including scoping, functional requirements, project budget estimates, vendor selection, resource management, risk management and transition to support team.
- Liaison and build relationships with global / regional functional & IT leadership.

Basic Qualifications:

- Hands on experience in implementing Hexagon Smart Plant Materials (version 7.x and 8.x) in Oil and Gas / Construction industry who will be responsible for the administration, configuration, implementation, and integration of Hexagon Smart Plant materials and related applications.
- Responsibilities include first-line support, configuration, attributes mapping and development of specialized solutions to satisfy project requirements.
- The ideal candidate should also have a good understanding of Hexagon Smart Plant materials architecture and schema mapping
- Experience in working in IT for Projects, Supply Chain, and Fabrication/Construction functions.
- Domain knowledge in wing to wing project management and supply chain in Oil and gas / Engineering / Construction industry
- Experience in working in Global / Cross-functional matrix environment
- Experience in leadership / Project communications
