RequirementsBachelors degree in petroleum engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 15 years of work experience in Oil and Gas Industry specializing in either Drilling, Completions or workovers.
Experience working as wellsite engineer or Night Drilling Supervisor.
Proficient in Well Engineering Planning Software (StressCheck, WellCat, WellPlan, Well Cost, Compass, Kick Tolerance, Casing Wear, etc).
Experience in wells design, well performance monitoring, troubleshooting or optimization of well performance and well management.
Well construction drilling techniques, well control, fluids property management, drilling mechanics, performance monitoring.
Well completions completion designs, well performance analysis, operational considerations & well operability limits.
Experience working on offshore and onshore drilling projects.
Experience in participating in technical reviews & able to provide technical assurance on technical works/analysis.
Experience in provision of training on subject matters.
Experience in CCUS.
