Principle Manufacturing Engineer

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent required; advanced degree is an advantage.
Minimum 8 years’ experience in electro/mechanical product design and manufacturing of complex interrelated systems, including 5+ years’ experience developing high volume consumer products.
Expert knowledge of injection molding and plastic part design. Metal experience is a plus.
Solid experience in injection tool design and debug.
Proficiency in Pro/E is a must.
Testing and Electronic knowledge is an advantage.
Experience with manufacturing practices and communicating effectively with remotely located design and manufacturing partners.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
Based in Penang and occasionally travel to overseas countries and different locations in Malaysia.
Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese.
