Printing Machine Operator

Job RequirementsEducation: SPM / STPM / Diploma / Certificate / Professional certificate / Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Technician or related field.
Technical training in printing technology is a plus.
Experience: 2-5 years of related working experience.
Knowledge of printing technical skills and printing machine knowledge.
Adherence to health and safety regulations.
Familiarity with production procedures.
Conduct machine maintenance.
Check output for machine-related mistakes or flaws.
Proven experience as a Printing Operator or similar role in a printing environment.
Proficiency in operating and maintaining various types of printing machinery (not mandatory).
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for colour accuracy and print quality.
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills for resolving technical issues.
In-depth knowledge of printing products, processes, and technologies.
Set up and operate printing machines according to job specifications and company guidelines.
Monitor print quality throughout the production process and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal results.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Transfer files, blend colour, and proof images electronically using SOP provided.
