Privacy Operation Specialist

Job Responsibilities
Review and analyze on ongoing basis the workflows and procedures across our internal privacy products, to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of the established workflow.
Promote products and services to the targeted internal users (e.g., Privacy Counsel, Business Product and Engineers) to increase the product DAU.
Assess feedback from users and proactively identify user needs, in order to provide continuous product improvements to maximize the benefits the product can offer to the stakeholders.
Design and implement systematic processing strategies to improve the efficiency and minimize manual workload.
Handle the daily inquiries about the products.
Establish operation framework and manual.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of product operation experience.
Experience in privacy or regtech products is preferred.
Excellent communication skill in both English and Mandarin.
Curious intellect who is keen to learn about privacy and data in an innovative fintech and digital marketing environment with global footprints.
Smart, outgoing, responsive, hardworking and takes ownership, positive attitude and able to handle pressure.
Quick learner and able to get the work done independently after initial training.
