Process Engineer

Responsible for overall production build preparation. To update specifications and generate work procedures (SOP/WI). To identify and report on process improvement opportunities. To involve and participate in process validation and process improvement initiatives. To analyze and resolve work problems, by reviewing yield data, Process Control Chart. To prepare, review and update work instructions (WI), FMEA. To investigate quality problems and explore preventive actions. To provide training to operators and technicians. To apply 5S and maintain safe working environments on production. To support production daily output, strive to achieve customer requirements on the quality issue and shipment delivery
