Process Engineer

Job Purpose Overall in charge of new product and process, EC/DN implementation, equipment calibration and product cost calculation and process cycle time. Determine and suggest for material and innovating for new machine or equipment for productivity and quality improvement
Principal Accountabilities
To handle new product transfer from HQ or FA, ensure products are built within specification and conformed to quality requirement.
Study and initialize requesting for all tool, machine, mating connectors, document for new product
Work with HQ engineer for Lot Traveller, Electrical Test Program, Process operation work instruction.
First build of new product and transfer new process technologies to production staffs
Be accountable for meeting the requirements of quality specification of manufacturing processes and products
To maintain and improve manufacturing processes product quality as well as equipment performance
Generate new process or operation work instruction for machine or process
Create or improve production layout, process and tool / jig for the continuous improvement activity.
Follow up and monitor ECN (engineering change note) and DN (Deviation Note) to be implemented in operation
To supervise all technician or assistant engineer daily routines to meet the organization goal
Plan and schedule for equipment calibration (Internal/External)
Provide failure analysis report and root cause study to QC head
To lease closely with internal / external parties to find solution for all technical issue
Calculate product and process cost and cycle time and maintain master list of product cycle time
Maintain the label print template for all product
Work with QC and Production team to provide the corrective and preventive action for CPAR
In charge of tooling used for machine and maintain their master list
Supervise the IT technician on the IT maintenance and set up
Supervise the facility technician on the premise , facility and machine maintaining, set up and repairing.

Position Specifications
Min. Diploma in electrical , electronic or mechanical engineering
Min. 4 years in electronic manufacturing environment or degree holder with 2 year experience
Experience process and product management is advantageous
Able to operate Microsoft excel or word system
Knowledge in wire harness is advantageous
Able to work alone ad independently
Good team work
Good working attitude
