Currently, we are seeking an experienced candidate to fill this newly created position:Process Engineer - Production (Assembly)Your ResponsibilitiesWork for project management, tools installation and qualification to meet the milestone set Coordinate the Assembly process activities with other departments related to machine or material suppliersDevelop qualification plans, design of experiment (DOE), Design Process and Device/product FMEA and evaluation/qualification proceduresEnsure proper pass down information in accordance to the company standards and templates Responsible on improving and maintaining the yield in accordance to the plant yield roadmap, able to sustain target yield and output capacity thorough compreghensive continuous improvement and projects.Focus on executing of process root cause and recovery during releasing of machine, validate the completion of supplier modification/engineering fixing and overview the process to be more healthinessInvolve in Training Execution to bring up whole Production Team with adequate process controls and recovery plansYour ProfileBachelor's Degree in Engineering or Material Science fields or equivalent Minimum 3 years of working experience in backend assembly e.g WLSP, SMT, Flip Chip/ Die Attach & etc. Experience in Semiconductor or PCB or Substrate Fabrications, Wafer Fabrication or equivalent, (required to work in clean room enviroment) Knowledge of quality tools: 8D, SPC, MSA, DOE, FMEA, CP, JMP Software, Six Sigma Process tools Strong problem solving skills, good analytical skills Able to work independently, minimum supervision, dedicated, results oriented, hardworking and able to work under pressure Good interpersonal and communication skillsAble to lead teams of Engineers, Technicians to meet strict installation and qualification milestoneOur OfferPersonal and professional growth opportunities in a Greenfield Project of a recognized MNC A chance to actively contribute to AT&S´ success and to create value A secure position with long-term career perspective in an internationally expanding environment Attractive and competitive compensation packageIf you are looking for a new challenging task, please send us your application and your detailed resume.It´s just a click to apply online and we are looking forward to it.
