Department Overview Product Procurement Operations Job Description -Execute procurement strategies. -EDCR reporting lead. -Lead improvement projects. -Ensure Part lifecycle status up-to-date in Agile and propose alternatives for risk items. - Update SPF (Single Point of Failure) rating in Agile and work with Category Management for SPF 4&5 mitigation plans. -Publish monthly Spend and Savings analysis report. -Evaluate and validate PPVs from EMS and provide justifications for approval. -Perform analytics at component and product level for costs, lifecycle, COS and LTB studies. -Liaise with Engineering, Category Management and relevant teams to drive for EDCR ideas and execute in a timely manner. -Resolve suppliers issues related to delivery for NPI builds, qualifications, late payment and quality. -Update and maintain supplier information in system. Basic Requirements -Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Business Management, Supply Chain or equivalent qualification. -10 years experience in sourcing and supplier related operations. -Strong analytical and problem solving skills. -Technical/Product background is an advantage. -Process good interpersonal and influencing skills. -Self-motivated, assertive, versatile and a team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
