Procurement Executive | 3 Years Experience

Requirements:- Diploma or professional qualifications in Business or its equivalent
- Preferably Senior Executives with at least 3 years of procurement experience in sourcing and vendor management across the Asia region
- Effective leadership with strong people management and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight datelinesResponsibilities:- Sourcing from local or overseas supplier and liase with salesperson on client needs
- Seeking and partner with reliable local & overseas vendors and suppliers, especially from China
- Negotiate with local or overseas supplier to secure the most advantageous terms
- Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power
- Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking
- Conduct research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality
- Implements plans to assure orders meet specified quality and delivery times and to minimize the total cost of purchases
- Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers
- Optimize sourcing procedures to attain maximum efficiency
