Procurement Executive

Job Description Co-ordinate with Creative Support team on FIS new product sourcing;
Assist superior to ensure smooth running of accessories and equipment purchasing related matter to support parlour operation, sales administration documents replenishment, make up and embalming item purchase, staff/workers uniforms order, stationaries purchase and hardware sourcing for building maintenance;
Ensures the timely delivery of quality products at the lowest possible cost;
Participates in the selection of suppliers based on criteria of price offered, quality of product/services and payment term application; Conducts a comparative analysis on supplier prices;
Reviews and evaluates the performance of the suppliers;
Processes the necessary clearance documents on daily procurement and petty cash claim activities:
Ensures the proper management procurement department operations in the absence of the Head of department;
Carries out all necessary procurement activities;
Ensures the proper processing of the order from item requestors;
Verifies that the required order is within the agreed budget;
Process monthly invoices from funeral service suppliers such as chanting services, canopy rental, food & beverages order; bus rental, florist items etc.
Communicate with Finance and Central Purchasing to process new vendors application;
Assist superior to follow up the documentation with service suppliers on any complaint, price increase, invoices error etc
Assist superior to process new agreement or contract renewal for tenant of NVC parlours:
Process rental invoices and utilities bills for outstation service centre;
Assist superior in conducting analysis of all costs by ensuring all costs are identified and recorded accurately
Job Requirement:-
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
