Procurement Manager

Details of the offer

To develop and implement procurement strategies for sourcing and procurement in meeting Group's goals.
To lead supplier management strategies in identifying, evaluating and managing suppliers of the Group.
To lead and drive the Group's procurement KPIs related to cost reduction, inventory turnover, supplier performance scorecard.
To improve the Group and its business units (BUs) procurement process and systems, as well as adopt the best practices and standardization across the Group BUs.
To work with legal department to improve the Group's procurement contract terms and to provide guidance in contract negotiations.
To own and establish risk management framework related to Supply Chain Management of the Group, as well as develop strategies to mitigate the associated risk.
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering / Manufacturing / Business Administration or equivalent.
Professional certification in Supply Chain Management or Certified Purchasing Management is advantageous.
At least 8 years of managerial work experience, preferably in contract manufacturing related to E&E or aerospace industries.
Is ethical, self-driven, able to articulate strategies/tactics from opportunities and is results driven.
Analytical and strategic thinking are necessary.
Have good communication and influential leadership as well as project management skill.#J-18808-Ljbffr
