Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs, quality, and efficiency.
Analyze market trends and supplier performance to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
Work closely with the Finance Department to align procurement plans with the budget and financial objectives.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors for goods and services.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable delivery and cost-effective solutions.
Monitor supplier performance, conduct regular evaluations, and address any issues regarding quality, delivery, and compliance.
Oversee the procurement process from requisition to payment, ensuring transparency and efficiency.
Manage the tendering and bidding processes for major procurement contracts.
Ensure timely procurement of materials and services necessary for park operations, including rides, attractions, food & beverage, merchandise, and facility maintenance.
Maintain accurate procurement records and reports for auditing and financial tracking.
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, financial regulations, and industry standards.
Mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions, contract management, and regulatory compliance.
Implement sustainable and ethical sourcing practices in line with corporate social responsibility policies.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers.
Collaborate with finance teams to forecast procurement budgets and control expenditures.
Drive cost-efficiency initiatives while maintaining service and quality standards.
Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the entertainment, hospitality, or theme park industry.
Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship skills.
Knowledge of procurement software and ERP systems.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
