Procurement Officer

Prepare and maintain complete set of documents for each transaction and send copies to appropriate account department within a fixed timeframe. -Assess the quantity and quality of stock received at HQ and escalate any discrepancies to suppliers and management. -Ensure that goods are delivered in good condition when necessary. -Liaise with suppliers for quotation submission, and ensure that after-sales documentation (Delivery Orders & Invoices) is submitted in timely manner. -Compile suppliers' bills with Requisition/Purchase Order/ Delivery Order to verify accuracy. -Key in data into accounting software. -Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates to determine the best bid among potential suppliers and submit it to the Business Manager (BM) for consideration/approval. -Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to timeWe are a one-stop, end-to-end solutions provider of petroleum products and value-added services that complement that of oil majors.
