We are looking for a Product Expert

- Digital Analytics %26amp; Mobile Attribution with extensive experience in the implementation, configuration and onboarding of Adobe Analytics %26amp; Appsflyer in an enterprise environment. The individual should have extensive experience in the design, build, implementation and business value realisation of best in class Digital analytics %26amp; Mobile attribution tools in an enterprise environment. The job holder would be responsible for: Design, build and change manage Adobe analytics and Appsflyer for multiple markets as part of Digital analytics SquadWorking with services partner and cross functional teams in SC (such as Group Digital, Web, ITO, Marketing, Products) to implement Adobe Analytics and Appsflyer into the Digital channel Work with Digital marketing teams to embed usage of above tools in advertising management across paid mediaDevelopment of best practice guidelines for web analytics and mobile attribution to support business teamsCreation of a web analytics and mobile attribution playbook and develop detailed documentation of the Adobe Analytics implementation Working with Adobe configure Adobe Analytics segments and campaigns supporting business requirements Design, develop and build dashboards and reports in Adobe Analytics with Adobe to support prioritised use cases and measure and track performanceHelp set up attribution model for Digital salesAct as a SME for web analytics attending project ceremonies and providing support where requiredUser acceptance testing to check code implementation Our Ideal CandidateCore analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and AppsFlyerMobile measurement, attribution and marketing technologiesMobile marketing landscape understanding and ability to utilise Mobile attribution toolAnalytics tool implementation processes, risks, issues and control measuresAbility to be able to translate data and analytics into actionable insights for presentation across multiple layers and functional within an organisationAgile operating environment and tools like JIRA/ConfluenceOther skills required: Bachelors / Master’s degree holder with experience in the digital analytics landscape, preferably the banking sectorUnderstanding of HTML, JavaScript, debugging tools, tag management and Web protocols across desktop, mobile web and mobile applicationsGood presentation and communication skills to deal with a broad set of stakeholders, ability to tell a story through data, identify opportunities and drive action plansHighly effective in a large virtual cross functional team aligning to multiple business and IT partnersSupport the design and delivery of dashboards, enabling of tracking and measurement in all the aspects of digital sales metrics. Apply now to join the Bank for those with big career ambitions. To view information on our benefits including our flexible working please visit our.
