Product Industrialization - Material Intern

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionProject PI Material:Collaborate with the Project Management team in PI to ensure that project work package requirement is metAssist in the development and maintenance of project-specific document.Assist in the industrialization of compound at new mixer 4.Data Collection and testing:Collect and analyze Masterbatch Mooney value for action limit implementation in Hoshin project.Prepare reports summarizing project quality performance, identifying trends, and proposing improvement recommendations.Support for lab testing of trial compound 10x10 study MDR200, MDR160, RPA, Mooney and sample preparation for mixer 4 industrialize compound. Collaborative Coordination:Liaise with cross-functional teams to facilitate the implementation process and quality improvement of compound.Participate in project meetings and provide input on quality & process -related matters.Process Improvement Initiatives:Work closely with the PI material team to identify opportunities for enhancing compound stability and quality..QualificationsBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Polymer or Chemical Science.Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)Additional InformationPlease attach your university internship letter and indicate your internship period
