Product Lead

Job Responsibilities:
Develops products by identifying potential products; conducting market research; generating product requirements; determining specifications, production timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction; developing marketing strategies.
Job Description:
• Manages and lead the product team in product architecture, planning of product functions and implementation, including PC and mobile terminals.
• Determines customers’ need and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
• Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes.
• Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
• Provides source data for product line communications by defining product marketing communication objectives.
• Introduces and markets new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales, advertising, and production.
• Work closely with product analysis, optimize iterative functions.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Job Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate
• 3-5 years of product management or working experience in related field
• Required language: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Knowledge of consumer marketing analytics.
• Ability to be creative, strategic, analytical and think outside the box to solve problems.
• Strong project management and time management skills.
• Interpersonal skills with keen ability to explain complex concepts across the organization and to large audiences.
