Product Manager
Responsibilities:
To manage the existing product line, brand establishment, brand building and new product launching and strategy for pipeline products and execution.
Formulate and implement product marketing goals, strategies, plans and programs to ensure share of market and profitability of products.
Increase the market share, strengthen customer portfolio and to achieve significant growth and gain relevance in the market.
Monitor market trends and analyse sales and data to identify opportunities for market access, business development and program.
To conduct business networking, manage the proposed development process, set marketing targets and define strategy to achieve these targets.
Develop product roadmap and competitive positioning.
Develop and execute marketing programs, promotions, and events to drive business growth.
Identify, formulate, execute new marketing plans and evaluate strategic directions to ensure the portfolio remains competitive and continues to attract customers.
Maintain an annual marketing roadmap to execute programs and activities to meet marketing targets.
Be responsible for the design, development, and coordination of product launch activities.
To plan and execute events/launches when required.
Maintain regular field contact to follow up on promotion efforts, competitor activities and to ensure the selling tools and promotional materials are meeting the requirements of the sales team and to understand customer requirements in order to develop appropriate and effective plans and activities.
Manage customer database including monitoring response, feedback as well as conducting market research and analysis.
Track, analyse and provide updates covering the effectiveness of each marketing activities against goals and budgets.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Science or equivalent
Preferably with significant experiences in pharmaceutical industries product management and marketing
Significant experiences in managing ethical brands, product launch experience, digital marketing and project management
Good communication skill in English & Bahasa Malaysia
Self-motivated, result oriented, analytical
Strategic planning, marketing and business skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
