Product Manager (Key Account)

**Responsibilities**:- Job Summary:- Job Responsibilities:- 1. Developing the growth strategy for the given key account based on market and competitive intelligence.- 2. Supports sales organization in regards to all technical & operational aspects.- 3. Driving the corporate strategy through a globally matrixed team across multiple functions.- 4. Proven knowhow to monitor profitability of a key account and deriving measures in order to sustain and increase the profitability.- 5. Providing sales forecasts and ensuring timely adjustments to achieve the goals.- 6. Coordination of customer visits, audits and customer specific requirements across the VAT group business units and legal entities for implementation into engineering and operational processes.- Job Requirements:- PhD or Master's Degree in sciences, engineering, or Semiconductor related engineering disciplines, MBA degree preferred.- Product and account management experience in a matrix organization.- Proven record of business development in the component B2B business, preferably in Semiconductors.- Strong leadership, interpersonal, time management, analytical & communication skills.- Need experience deal with Chinese market supply.- Experience in FRONT END semiconductor.- Good communication with customer.**Benefits**:- EPF- SOCSO- Annual Leave
