Product Planning Assistant Manager

Collaborate with managers and executives from other departments to develop product development strategies aligned with the company's goals, market trends, and customer requirements. - Conduct thorough market research to identify market needs, trends, and competitor products. - Analyse customer feedback and conduct surveys to gather valuable insights for product planning. - Develop and maintain the product roadmap, outlining the timeline for product development and release. - Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to define detailed product requirements, specifications, and key performance indicators (KPIs). - Assess the technical feasibility and resource requirements of new product ideas or improvements. - Establish product transition plan or Long-Range Product Planning (LRRP). - Oversee the entire product development process, ensuring projects stay on track, adhering to timelines, budget, and quality standards. - Facilitate communication and coordination between different teams involved in product development, including design, engineering, manufacturing, marketing, and sales. - Coordinate product testing, validation, and prototyping activities to ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. - Plan and coordinate product launches, working with marketing and sales teams. - Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance in the market, gathering feedback and insights to drive product improvements and updates.Industry Manufacturing / Production A subsidiary of DRB Hicom Berhad was established in August 1995 located in Gurun, Kedah.
