Product/Project Development Manager

1.Lead Engineering team on new product/project development, ensure the project milestones are met according as planned.2.Plan, allocate and coordinate resources to ensure timely release of new products introduction/ product enhancement within the stipulated budget.3.Assure the new develop product meet objectives for manufacturability, quality, reliability, serviceability, localizability by working closely with other functional area.4.Ensuring that the appropriate quality controls and processes, including test plans, are in place before new product SOP.5.Lead Engineering team on VAVE ideas and implementation of new or current product that beneficial to the company and the customers6.Moitoring and ensure department's KPI are met7.Monitoring departmental budget to ensure expenses within budgeted amount and proposed cost saving activities8.Requires to travel overseas & within Malaysia for meetings, courtesy visits, audits, or event at customers/ supplier's place9.Managing multiple customer and product at the same time.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Meal allowance- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus
