Design & Built ID Firm (c) To service Home Owner Responsibilities: • Promoting company products and services to the assigned markets. • To develop and strike for achieving the sales target set by the Management • Build close rapport & relationship with existing / potential clients/ developers etc • To handle customer enquiries, customer visits, negotiation & follow up action • Responsible for preparing quotation submission to clients and sales collection from clients • To organise, set up and attend to exhibition promotion participated by company Requirements: • Knowledge and sales experience of the products • Experience in servicing the above related industries / markets • Degree/ Diploma in Interior Design/ Architectural/ Business or related field • Minimum 2 years sales experience in the related field or similar capacity • Good in design skill and technical knowledge is an added advantage • Positive attitude and team leader • Pleasant personality, good presentation & communication skill • Computer literate • Possess own transport
