Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Production Support:
-Assist in organizing and preparing shooting schedules, call sheets, and equipment lists.
-Source and organize props, wardrobe, and other materials needed for production.
-Help with location scouting and securing necessary permissions for shoots
On-Set Assistance:
-Set up and break down equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear.
-Ensure the set is orderly and all crew members have the resources they need.
-Support the director and producers by managing shot lists and coordinating between departments.
-Perform minor on-set tasks like slate operation, holding reflectors, or assisting talent.
Post-Production Support:
-Assist in organizing and labeling footage for editors.
-Conduct basic video editing, if required.
-Help in quality checks to ensure videos meet company standards.
Administrative Tasks:
-Maintain production logs and assist in tracking project deadlines.
-Support the team with budget tracking and expense reporting.
-Communicate with vendors and stakeholders as needed.
Creative Contributions:
-Share ideas and provide input during brainstorming sessions.
-Stay updated on industry trends to bring fresh ideas to the table.
