Production Assistant Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION
1) Conduct hourly check on record keeping practises and consistency of data recorded
2) Maintain work flow by monitoring steps of process
3) Coordinate production flow; Arrange given production schedule; Arrange given overtime schedule
4) Coordinate production floor cleaning procedures; Assign cleaning teams
5) Internal production floor auditing; cleanliness, record keeping, equipment condition, miscellaneous items
6) Conduct handling processes of finished goods
7) Arrange with logistic team for production floor requirements; transfer of raw material, delivery of finished goods, etc
8) Data entry; production rate; packaging usage; usage of miscellaneous items
