Production Clerk

Responsibilities: ï- ¬ Monitor and maintaining Production Indirect material stock. ï- ¬ Coordinate with vendor on new request from Production. ï- ¬ Raise PR for any purchasing in Production. ï- ¬ Maintaining Daily production data and generate report for daily meeting. ï- ¬ Prepare Presentation material. ï- ¬ Coordinate special event holding by Production department. ï- ¬ Decorate and maintain publicity within production department. ï- ¬ Perform related duties as assigned by superior from time to time. Requirement And Qualification: ï- ¬ Education: Diploma in any discipline. Or Certificate or SPM holder with more than 3 years experience in related role. ï- ¬ Working Experience: At least 2 years of working experience, preferably in EMS industry. Priority will be given to those experience working in production. ï- ¬ Communication ability: Proficient in Both English and Chinese (Mandarin). Able to Communicate in Malay. ï- ¬ Computer Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, word and Power Point. ï- ¬ Personality: A relative fast pace person who able to communicate with various people from different Level and department. ï- ¬ Able to work Overtime whenever neededFastrain is a professional manufacturing solutions provider of high-quality, durable electronic products, headquartered in Shenzhen, China with additional regional and global operations across Thailand, Malaysia and HK.
