Production Coordinator

Responsibilities:

A. Quality Control (QC)
1. Established an effective quality inspection system to reduce rejects and wastage to ensure product quality and reduces client complaint following ISO procedure.
2. Ensure effective performance on inspection during goods receipt or return.
3. Ensure conduct incoming/ outgoing inspection to ensure compliance to product specification.
4. Review of quality issues, analyze, implement and follow up on relevant issues.
5. Monitor on checking the quantity and description of goods referring to Delivery Order (DO) before send to client.
6. Identify and report discrepancies and sort stocks to be stored at assigned locations.
7. Ensure checking the stocks before loading and unloading at warehouse.
8. Motivate the operators to achieve productivity and target set

B. Cutting
1. Ensure and monitor of the machine running smoothly and ensure raw materials are correct to cut as per instruction given by Production Planner.
2. Ensure achieve productivity, target and meet quality requirement.
3. Monitor job allocation for operators.
4. Ensure cutting process arrangement at the proper order, neat and tidy.
5. Ensure regular machine maintenance.

*** Performs a variety of marginal duties not listed, to be determined and assigned as and when needed.
